The question is very confusing and the crosstabs have unexpected results (67% of those under 35 supporting restrictions). I'm not sure many solid conclusions can be drawn.

The 18 to 34 year old numbers are wrong. Just did a quick calculation to confirm. Should read 66.7% of that age group oppose restricting bike lane installations which remove traffic lanes.
