Wait does that mean one of the three has a job?
Birdsong has taken on a menacing air lately This is going to be a fascinating experience!!!
In my neighborhood yesterday there was a bird standing, unmoving, on the sidewalk as I walked within 3 feet of it. It felt like a foreshadowing scene in a movie. Not a fan.
Whenever I’m in a setting with a lot of people I have a mass shooter plan, and I’ve planned how to barricade any room I’ve spent significant time in over the last decade. Only had to use my plans once (on a university campus) so far
I’ve experienced this since I was ~13, wild to see it’s a common phenomenon. I think life under capitalism where most of us live a life of manufactured insecurity (your home/health care/food access can be taken at any time) is a big contributor

Is the research here co-opted by big ag? Maybe!
The information I can find indicates that bird flu in meat can be killed with sufficient cooking temperatures (fri.wisc.edu/files/Briefs... ) is interesting. Cross contamination of other ingredients concerns me, and I have no idea about stuff like medium-rare steak from infected cattle.
Fun fact this week I shocked someone by mentioning that Covid could spread via asymptomatic carriers. They’d never heard this before. They work for a health system.
there should be a job that pays $100,000 where you walk through nature and collect berries
