i will also confess that there have been plenty of comics i wanted to read that i immediately gave up on when i saw they were only on webtoon. respect yourself. get a website. or a tumblr if you really can't handle that.
webcomics were (and should remain) the ultimate indie space. the barrier of entry was 'know how to host images online' and gumption. don't give up rights in hopes a corporation's algorithm decides to place you at the top of automated curation
