I have recently become completely obsessed with a, if Spotify play numbers are any indicator, relatively obscure German synth pop / electronic / whatever band, Lichtmond, which basically hits that perfect cheese level that only the Germans are capable of.

It's this delightful enigma. The instrumental tracks are properly cool, but then they crack out the spoken word German and it goes into cheese overdrive. Considering the English lyrics in the songs, I can only imagine it'd get *more* cheesy if I understood German :D
