Lina Kahn was nominated in the first months, and sworn in the summer of 2021. Biden's 72 point executive order on competition was that summer too. This has been a major focus, and some of the best stuff this administration has done. And he keeps canceling more student debt.

These are massive legal cases and can take years of preparation. For example, the LiveNation/Ticketmaster suit was just filed in May, but the investigation has been going on since at least 2022.
