#NOVELMBER 6) What's your writing process like? Do you fully outline everything or just have a vague idea of what’s going on and start writing? Where and how do you collect ideas?

#NOVELMBER I'm a pantser. I have only ever outlined once in my life, and that was by accident. I have an idea of the characters and the setting, I have some notion of how I want it to end up, and I just go from there. (I do envy you organized people!)

May the vague ideas slow down. There are too many. I don't plan things unless it's a mystery like the Emma Nelson books. Those have to fit, and I 'plan' by tracking things in a speadsheet so I know who knows who etc. The rest is running with the characters and writing down what they do.
