. It was Inspiring to witness so many young people embrace the practice despite the social stigma around mediation and the discipline it requires, some were completely new to it and some have been coming since they were 8- I am always learning from our youngers. 🌱
On the last day we used the Buddha sayings in image as prompts for journalling as well as in discussion. 🧘🏽🧘🏽♀️🧘🏿♀️🧘🏽♀️
