Ich wäre ja für eine Meldegrenze von 1 cent, azs Gründen zugleich aber eine dauerhafte Aufsummierung der Gesamtbeträge pro Spender. Mit einer automatisierbaren Abfragemöglichkeit und vielleicht noch weiteren Schutzmechanismen gegen Verschleierung.
Das mit der Aufsummierung ist doch schon so. Also über 1 Jahr zumindest. Ist meinen sie insgesamt über alle Jahre?
