Fully agree with everything here. I *much* prefer using my blog and newsletter (and spreading things out). That being said... being in a job where certain higher ups *really* care about follower counts means I have to keep that up for a bit.

For sure. It's frustrating they do care about that and that a lot of folks who do what you do have to use their personal following for their jobs but let's cross that bridge another day cassidy because it's a lot
