You can more easily swap between accounts by tapping and holding your profile picture I'm also pretty sure likes are already private here

I'm not sure if you're using a different app or are on desktop, but I'm only able to switch accounts by opening my settings menu on the Android app Also, BS says likes are public when you sign up? I know there's not a specific tab for them on profiles though so idk
