Getting accountability for whole service outcomes, and defining those outcomes and measures from a users perspective would be huge! Doesn’t really matter what we call it, the fact it’s happening is great :)

I would like to ban the words ‘service blueprint’ and ‘workshop’ from conversations about service design. That might help people articulate what they actually did, how they did it and what the outcome was.
Any Gov or former Gov people interested in mentoring a senior service designer from the Home Office? He’s brilliant and really interested in how we start to move towards delivering real outside in services, amongst all the constraints of Gov :)
