Oh wow, strong vibes of a French holiday hero cat. Hung out with us, shared our chairs. One chilled day he sprang up, rushed to a bush right behind Mme & prodded it until a snake slid out. He chased it away over the terrace edge, ran over to the stairs to follow down & returned when sure it'd gone.

An orange tabby cat sits on the edge of a grey stone and concrete terrace, looking down towards the lower level & our camera. His perch is beyond the concrete fence, behind which is the house, terrace, its seating - and the snake-concealing bush. He is awaiting a treat for his service. One of the best cats.
