Duolingo is underestimating my willingness to ignore any question and just start talking about my cats.

Had the same reaction this question and answer combination! It was surprisingly hard not to bring up cats!

Obsessed in Arabic also. I love my cat but I don't love her cat. Also lions.

I started French in Duolingo a while back and the only thing I learned was je suis un chat. 😆

Also, my brain read complete the chat as 'Complete the {Cat}' because it's a French exercise, so.....

je suis prête aller avec mon chat.

I gave up on Duolingo when it started asking me questions to which there were MULTIPLE grammatically correct answers, and gave no context to know which was the one it wanted.

The Welsh version has a perplexing obsession with parsnips, e.g. 'Mae clwb nos Owen yn gwerthu pannas' (Owen's night club sells parsnips) & doesn't understand we'd rather talk about cats.
