If one looks slightly larger, or if I ordered the large and he the small, the ‘larger’ one always seems to end up with my husband! One time a waiter told me there was ‘no way I’d finish all my food’. Repeatedly. It was a normal dish without sides or starter. He shut up when he saw my clean plate.
Yeeeees! I’m doing the same! 🙂 Food is amazing, why shouldn’t we enjoy it? My grandma pretends she doesn’t eat, or only orders a children’s meal for herself, because of all this. Restaurant staff assume I eat less than my husband and give him bigger portions. I’m taking a stand! 💜
Deadly serious. They wouldn’t even eat a fillet of fish 🫠 There are other reasons I’m DNF-ing the series, but my jaw hit the floor when I read that!
