I get very frustrated by lazy and cynical science. Partly because I believe that we can do so much better. Because of that, I am passionate about sharing the ideas and approaches that have helped me to understand concepts and do better science. Which is why I am generally very 'pro' DAGs!

In recent work, we found that people do distinguish between "migrants" and "asylum seekers." People were happier if "migrants," rather than "asylum seekers" or "refugees" were their neighbours, friends, or partners. Graf et al. (2023): doi.org/10.1002/ejsp...#SocialPsyc#Sociology#Psychology 🧪
