All the reminders of the world don't work on me when I see them, be like "oh yeah you need to do this and that" and then get distracted the second after so I forget Idk, it's super frustrating. There's GOTTA be some exercises, therapy or meds for this otherwise just dump me in the trash 😂😂😂
