I can get the settings gear to lock and not retract in the Flipboard video player running in Chrome on Android 14. I see it has access to "Speed" and "Quality" but it disappears before I can lower the resolution to not crash my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection. Thank you for access to the interview! 🙇‍♂️
