Oh? Blsky is now open to all that's awesome news. I actually really do look forward to making this my primary socmed. After a lot of thinking, I've really been wanting to leave all the mess and ghost followers from twitter behind :')

I've also lived through SO many attempts at "new" social media that try to be similar to the Big Ones (be it art-centeric or otherwise), and they have all fizzled out. I really hope this one doesn't fizzle out.

Same! I keep lurking on twitter still bc I find it hard to leave people behind, but as a whole the site makes me feel Bad so I like bsky as an alternative
