I think its the caffeine.. Maybe.. It may be an old wives tale, or in my case an old sisters tale 😀 but since I dont like coffee, I tried coke and it seems to help.

You’re asking the wrong woman… I think! Klöße is a starchy potato dumpling with croutons inside. Knödel is more like an English dumpling made out of breadcrumbs and/or potatoes.. Kinda maybe, from my experience a dumpling with a ton of starch or not 😜
