This week I started intermittent fasting also known as time restricted eating and a lower calorie, lower carbon diet as there a good reports it can help with LC symptoms. It also won't hurt for me to lose some of the weight I've put on.
I'm doing lots to support recovery. Pacing being the biggest. I'm limited in what I can do, which I hate. However it means I don't feel so consistently dreadful.
Oh Louise, my thoughts are with you. I'm just 1 year in but I had a previous short (4 month) spell after my first covid infection in 2022. I hadn't realised that was LC as didn't get a dx but I recovered and thought no more about it.
Hmm, OK, thanks. I'll try again

Long covid crash, after a weekend away. Despite taking naps several times a day and pacing activities. Yesterday and today. Head pain and grogginess dominate.
Just arrived in this space. Bear with me as I settle in please.
