I've seen a few videos of the new 'disabled regiments,' made up of troops who've already been wounded in combat being sent back to Ukraine. But if true, this is a new low. It's not even a good idea!

Part of the challenge is that I don't think anyone wants to be in charge of defence - if you're too incompetent you'll be shot, if you're too competent you're a threat to Putin and you'll be shot. If you can walk that line you might be a political genius, in which case stay away from windows!
