I think it’s both. You have to be very weird to think a) communism is our biggest threat right now and b) any Canadian province is close to implementing it.
We do a regular rotating schedule where one kid helps with dishes every night and one unloads the dishwasher every morning. There’s still a lot of reminding involved, but the kids know it’s their regular job.

Oh definitely. The desire to be the persecuted hero isn't subtle. I mentioned race on one post about Imane Khelif and dudes came flying into the comments to argue like I'd put up a Bat signal. Because it challenged their illusion that they're about "fairness" and "protecting their daughters."
