Brother, they blow fireworks non-stop for the 48 hours prior to Guy Fawkes Day and then into the wee hours of Nov 6. There is no chill.

That would shake me but living in outskirts LA makes me numb to people setting off fireworks for no other reason than it’s 11 AM on a Tuesday.
