I know right?! I’d be kinda ok with it if they said another time it will be ready by. Then we could plan. But I know their slots normally go up to 7pm, and we realistically can’t pick it up easily after 4:30

Yep - I like to do it on my way home from work and frankly I’d almost rather wait and have it at the right time tomorrow than have to go back out at 7!
