Non-sexual nudity alert. Russian painter #IgorVolosnikov (b. 1964) in the Ural mountains at Kirov. He graduated there from the Schools of Art and of Higher Art before teaching as a senior artist at the RKhMC.

I can't help but feel like this is what happens when you apply statistics to noisy real data. Like, how many people like drinking so much that they do it every day but only 1-2 drinks? This sounds more like a few outliers that then skewed the average.
