I think it just comes down to the context of the question 9 times out of 10. Like if someone asks about something your kig has or does, you can respond in the perspective of your kig. But if the question’s instead about something out of the realm of your kig, you should respond in person. 👀

Normally, yes. Main reason I'm having trouble right now is a couple people DMing me more generic questions in the last couple days, that could be read either way.
