This. everything about this. has been a constant with me and I hate it.. ADHD is literally debilitating when unmedicated and it FUCKING SUCKS ASS. I know I have tasks I need to do. Work that needs to be done. And it will only take two or three hours at most. But I just can't fucking focus..

having untreated ADHD sometimes really is like, sit in front of the task that needs to be done and do nothing, get distracted by literally anything, but also not doing anything really fun because you're not supposed to be distracted.
