agreed, thanks for sharing. I was sharing about projects that hire lots of PhDs and not any post docs because it's cheaper? This of course adds to the problem of the oversupplied job market
also should we talk about transparency (the lack of which stems from gatekeeping practices of German academia) as opposed to awareness (seems to emerge out of the ignorance of said foreign researchers, and if possession of such knowledge is expected to solve all structural issues?)
