What’s your longest period? I’ve done about 40 days before

The longest I have gone is 90 days. I find day five to about day 20 to be the most difficult. And when I have learned after about day 30 or 40 that you settle into some sense of just kind of a warm buzz kind of feel we really enjoy the experience of being locked and in denial
