That sounds cool! I haven't thought about original Darkstalkers so this is very rough, but my first thought is a Yuki-onna. In contrast to Sasquatch, they prefer range with ice-based attacks and give off a more refined, elegant personality (until attacked anyway).

There aren't any refined characters in Darkstalkers so that could fit in really well! I like it!
