After falling off the workout schedule, I figured I'd try to keep up the calorie intake somewhat to get used to eating more, and wondering if it has lead to some rapid weight gain. Feeling full around my stomach, and even if I only eat a little I feel full for a while 😮‍💨 (this is not a bad thing)
