Woke up to so many texts messages from friends and ex coworkers kindly inquiring if I’m ok with all the rain and floods happening in nyc and I can’t help but feel super blessed. The reminder that I’m not alone and have so many people in my life who care means a lot

From now on everyone getting the same energy they send my way

I fight because I care but I think it’s time to stop fighting. Everyone who truly knows me and understands the work I put in to get here values me in all the ways that matter and that’s really all I can ask for

Not being heard when you’re literally screaming because you know what the fuck you’re talking about might honestly be one of the most frustrating feelings in the world
