For the homemade kombucha please and thanks.
Assuming you already know how to make basic kombucha, I add 1 c pitted dark cherries for the 2nd fermentation and let it sit loosely covered for 3-4 days. After that, remove the cherries and transfer to tightly covered container(s) to carbonate for 1-2 days at room temp and then store in fridge.
