For all the idiotic talk that the bye is a disadvantage the Padres had to hold back their best starter until game three and run out their second best one on short rest tonight leading to him getting pummeled. Seems like a bad situation

Only being able to use King once and throwing Cease out there on short rest could very much decide this series! (Well, it might if any starter pitches better than Aloysis Travers)
