I don't like people suggesting that UBI is a fix all solution. It's just another lever to pull, and can be just as ineffective as any of the others. If every household could thrive on a single income (min wage) thanks to robust public services, it would be a better result.
our household is 3 adults. none of us well. 2 cannot work. Being able to minimally survive should not require income. UBI fills in gaps.
