This one is still the funniest to me: after all our post-WW2 military buildup and the mystique surrounding it, we got Donald Trump stealing their secrets, not for some nefarious Bond villain purpose, but just because he's a kleptomaniac who wants to show off at his country club.

He does want to show off at the country club but he's not a kleptomaniac - he owes Vlad some favors (and probably a whole lot in loans).

I don't like it, obviously, but I agree that there's something kind of clarifying about it being this guy and this shit that they're willing to throw it all over for.
