Finally got around to going to the Animals exhibition at the British Library and they had some *great* things on display, so here are some of my favourites. 🧪 Starting with a 1553 illustration of a MONKFISH. The artist had never seen a monkfish, so basically created a MER-MONK OF HORROR.

#Barbie was great! Absolutely fantastic! Fun to watch and one of the best depiction of male privilege and patriarchy I've seen! Good self critique of the body ideals that the dolls have promoted. Worth a watch! 🐈
