took my dumb foggy brain like 3 days to think that dizziness, poor sleep & overall state of exhaustion with sudden spikes of "I have to lie down" sound a *lot* like that time I got covid I hope it's not that but uhhh

at least that would explain why the last days were this painful

sucks when one of the symptoms of illness is an inability to recognise the current state of your body
