I'm not proposing anything. All I asked about was who was paying for the parking. That it's not free. Those costs are going to go somewhere. If the argument is we should all pay for parking for everyone who goes to a hospital, all the visitors in the waiting room. Thats fine.

My point is, of all our problems that need to be solved, why are you so hung up on this one, which is about 1000th on the list of urban planning problems (that I bet we'd agree on many of)?
