Post May 2020, the failure shifted to govt ignoring SAGE advice and refusing to learn from emerging research and experience from other countries, and refusing to learn the lesson of acting early and importance of clear communication, trust & support (SpiB emphasised often!) 3/4
I really hope the Inquiry concentrates as much on June 2020 - summer 2021 as it has on the first wave. 4/4
