I think the Chinese & Russian Hackers successes in Cyber Have been very successful; & are hidden by our Fed Gov because they have been so extremely severe. China even more so; because they have more Expert Hackers. Extreme Nat Sec breaches!
Build a system for cops, find out it has no security because you had to make easily used backdoors for cops. Happens every time
