Attempting this absolute beast this weekend. Send prayers. smittenkitchen.com/2012/02/lasa...
This decadent, cozy Lasagne Bolognese is a twenty-layer striation of noodles, ragu, béchamel and cheese, and it’s worth every step because it’s the highest calling of lasagna.
Ooo! I bet that’s gonna be good. 🤤
You can do it. Post pics when you get it done
Have you ever tried Boudain's version? It's crazy. And so worth following.
My favorite thing about lasagna is that it’s designed to be overly complicated. But in reality it’s brainless. Enjoy.
I'll pop by with a really nice bottle of red.
Looks fabulous, I made Kenji's bolognese over a weekend in January, pretty straightforward but time consuming, though I just bought the noodles from a local shop. Was absolutely fantastic though
oh that’s the shit
Gods speed.
Now this is real Lasagne al Forno, not that stuff filled with mozzarella and cottage cheese that some Americans use.
When the world gets crazy the sane get cooking. Good luck. Remember, there are thousands of Nonas ready to help.
