Alien, the entire series is about the powerlessness of the worker. Out hero ultimately becomes the product after giving her life (many times) trying to destroy the project. Corporations exploit. Even the founders used exploit. Whatever religion people try to bake in is also exploitation.

I especially love how David is explorative as well. He is painted as an anti hero, from a certain perspective because he's knowingly exploiting the device as a kind of vindictive justice. I really wanna see the new film.
