Yes, but I have to discuss logistics with my wife (she’s out of town) before buying my own. Sunday, I hope.
You're referring to Virginia Film Fest, not Middleburg, right? I'm seeing THE PIANO LESSON with a friend at Middleburg, although I haven't bought tickets yet and won't until Sunday at the earliest. Hoping it doesn't sell out in the meantime.
Incredible.

Middleburg Film Festival also released its schedule today. As usual, I'm targeting Friday and Saturday. Frustrated that Corbet is up against Leigh - I very much want to see both! - but I'll go with Leigh. Corbet's VistaVision might demand a better venue later. middleburgfilm.org/doc/MFF2024_...
Have to hit the road early tomorrow, so here's a premature #letterboxdfriday#lastfourwatched Not a good week for the auteurs (except Zemeckis).
Schedule's out. Zeroing in on a Friday day trip for Hong, Arnold, and whoever directed THE GIRL WITH THE NEEDLE. Would love to stay for THE SEED OF THE SACRED FIG and PAVEMENTS on Saturday, but that's unlikely. virginiafilmfestival.org/schedule-grid/
Based in Charlottesville at the University of Virginia, the VAFF has been celebrating the art of film for over 30 years…
Not very good. Wish I felt more strongly either way - positive or negative - than I do.
