One thing I've discovered is that my kids feel super special when we go all out on 2 or 3 friends and it still saves a ton of money. My friend just took her kid and 2 friends to Chuck e cheese and bought unlimited wristbands and they thought they'd won the lottery.

6yo is absolutely obsessed with "is it cake" and will occasionally drop the work "hyperrealistic" into conversation
