Indeed these issues are being discussed broadly, though that does not necessarily mean that final regulation will be effective. Details matter, and interested industries will fight hard (see US 45V debate), so it will be crucial that policymakers have good analysis like this one!

On that note: I wondered why Fig1B only shows the GWP20 sensitivity for the optimistic blue H2 case, but not for the pessimistic blue H2, nor for NG. Great that you provided the online tool that allows to plot this, and we should consider GWP20 when comp. blue and green H2 (and electrification)
