It’s Monday, which means it’s #moellleuxmonday. Tonight, François Pinon’s entry-level Moelleux, still going strong at 35 years.

Kudos to this domaine for using a DIAM closure. They might need to work a little on their labelling system though.

Having not been excommunicated for drinking the 2009 Moelleux recently, I thought I might chance my arm with the 2009 Moelleux Réserve. Good decision. 😁

Young. For me that’s where about half the 2009s I’ve tasted are. Some are good to go, others need more time. Not always the obvious ones.
