Very cool Amy! How local is micro-ECoG? Are you able to distinguish whether the signals are mixed in the same neurons vs represented in separate nearby populations?

Good question! Some of our past analyses of data from these arrays suggest the resolution is about 1-2mm iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1... The fact that we also seem to see clear sulcal boundaries around the arcuate also makes me suspect we're getting pretty local signals.
