a community that glorifies and encourages people to harm themselves. the "shtwt" and "shedtwt" communities are some of the most horrifying things i have ever seen on the internet and they should never have been allowed to exist. encouraging and supporting self harm is 2/4
you are right i worded it wrongly because i was in a rush to get something else done, but yes porn is not a victimless industry and gore is iffy. however, call me a creep for this, but i honestly cannot say a minor accidentally seeing porn on here is "just as bad" as allowing the existence of 1/4
by the way it’s not comparable to pornography or drawings of gore, nobody is being harmed by those things, but people are definitely being harmed when others encourage them to self harm 😬
this isn’t about me, it’s about keeping other people safe and getting them the help they need. Bluesky is endorsing self-destructive behavior by allowing those kinds of communities on here. extremely disgusting. therefore im gone 🫥 2/2
i wont support a platform that facilitates the promotion and glorification of self harm, it is incredibly sick. people who self harm absolutely should not have access to a community telling them it’s something good and cool. i cant support bluesky if it allows such communities to exist 1/2
