Bots break all the time, if you need this assistance the best thing you can do is to find someone who can and will do it long term, or to teach you. I help with a very active discord of ~500 members. To keep our community safe and healthy we have 22 members in varying server staff roles.

These are all volunteers btw, and it's necessary for us to have so many because it helps prevent staff burnout - we opened a year ago with a smaller staff. About half of our staff have proper Mod roles, and the other half are in a "helper" role: to provide rule enforcement and direction.
